Thanks to your team work you will help a wine estate collect grapes in order to produce the new annual production of white and red wine. You will spend your time with the owners of the estate, who will explain the difference between the young and older vineyards. You will also learn the exact proportions needed to produce the Chianti wine, which has strict standards to adhere too in order to obtain the label and the Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origins (D.O.C.G.).
Your team effort will be rewarded with a special tasting of the several wines produced within the estate. In addition to this, each wine will be combined with typical Tuscan appetizers, with the aim of enriching your wine tasting experience.
