Our local Chef will be happy to tell you the secrets of the dishes prepared for you. You will have four different Tuscan delicacies for your special dinner! The classic menu is composed by a typical Tuscan appetizer, “antipasto Toscano”, introducing the first course: pasta/spaghetti with vegetable sauce, pesto or the special sauce of the season. The second course is a roasted pork loin in a bread crust, served with seasonal vegetables. To finish, you will enjoy the dessert that you chose in advance: home-made jam tart, “crostata alla marmellata”, OR the classic Italian dessert: tiramisù. (*Fish Menu is also available on request)
The Chef will cook everything for you and will also set the table in your garden, veranda or dining room, depending on your desire, before leaving you to enjoy your special dinner.
