Description
After picking you up directly from the center of Montecatini, we will reach the marvelous Renaissance city of Florence. Thanks to this unforgettable guided walking tour you will discover the most suggestive corners of Florence. Our expert tour guide will begin the tour with the beautiful square of Santa Maria Novella, then the Medici Chapels and San Lorenzo church. You will also visit (external) the Cathedral complex: the Cathedral, Giotto’s bell tower and the Baptistery with the famous Gates of Paradise. Next stop will be the Piazza della Signoria, which is like an open-air museum, and the old “Jeweller’s bridge” – Ponte Vecchio.
Our tour will end with introduction of the Uffizi Gallery where you can admire the unique magnificent paintings of Michelangelo, Botticelli, Raffaello, Leonardo Da Vinci. With us you SKIP THE QUEUE for the Gallery.
Following the guided walking tour there is free time to visit the museum and for lunch and shopping. In the afternoon there is also the possibility to see the original David by Michelangelo in the Academia museum with pre booked fast entrance from us. (To be requested at the moment of booking).
