This is a wonderful private tour (only for you) which gives you the possibility to combine good Chianti Wine and relax! The winery we are going to visit is situated over the small medieval village of Leonardo Da Vinci, a quite place with a stunning view over the vineyards and olive groves. Leonardo da Vinci means, in fact, Leonardo ‘from Vinci’: this was the common way once used to identify somebody. Therefore, we will discover the enchanting atmosphere of the village where a real genius was born! Who was Leonardo? He was the painter of ‘Gioconda’ as well as the designer of some flying machines; a Renaissance man as well as a scientist who could see further than his contemporaries. We’re going to find out how this little village shows gratitude to his genius!
Once picked up from our central meeting point in Pistoia, we will start our Chianti wine experience with a wonderful drive along the Tuscan countryside. After our arrival in Vinci, you will have time to discover the enchanting atmosphere of the medieval village and the museum with Leonardo Da Vinci’s incredible machines and inventions.
You’ll enjoy the tasting of the BEST Chianti wines with bruschetta made by delicious extra-virgin olive oil and tomatoes, salami and cheese, overlooking the amazing Tuscan scenery.
A real wine drinking experience that we truly recommend, even to tourist who has got a private car: you will be able to taste all the wines without any worries! And the ending part is so delicious that you are bound to remember it forever: we will taste the Sweet dessert wine with ‘Cantuccini’ (Tuscan biscuits).
