Join a professional Cooking Class in Tuscany! A warm welcome from our Chef in his Italian style trattoria and then you’ll be ready to prepare full four courses Italian meal. Of course start with starters…: the well known Tuscan starters as: bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, olive oil and garlic and bruschetta with mushrooms. After you’ll be ready for the delicious first courses and learn how to make sauces for: farfalle pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, spaghetti “alla mediterranea”. From the main courses like chicken “alla cacciatora”. Our Chef will show you how to decorate the plates too. At the end you can’t miss a good dessert and of course you’ll find out the Chef's secret for the best Italian tiramisù.
*An other possibility for menue and during the cooking class according to the day of the week can be as Appetizers:Raw beef carpaccio, Italian style tartare with lettuce sauce, Buffalo Mozzarella with a raw tomato sauce. From
First Course Risotti:Arugola Saffron and shrimps, Radicchio, speck and gorgonzola, risotto with Porcini mushrooms, risotto with squid. Main Dishes: Veal Escalope with porcini mushrooms, Veal escalope with prosciutto and sage, Veal escalope in a tomato sauce, Veal escalopes in lemon sauce To finish with Dolci/Desserts as Semifreddo al croccantino/Iced almond crackle mousse.
