Your host is also the expert chef who is going to introduce you in the Italian cuisine: you will feel like at home, cooking by her side in her kitchen! Only fresh ingredients will be used. You'll pick up from the garden the aromatic herbs for the sauces and the fresh tomatoes. Surrounded by the nature, your eyes will gaze over the soft Tuscan hills, designed by rows of olive trees: a very relaxing and charming experience.
You will be ready, then, to prepare “waving” tagliatelle, “round” gnocchi and the famous ravioli that, as shells, contain ricotta cheese and spinaches. You'll prepare 3 types of sauces. After having learned how to prepare first courses, it's time for a mouth-watering dessert, the well-known tiramisù (every chef has his own secret). You'll be looking forward to cooking it for your guest, once back home!
At the end of the morning, a delicious and reliable lunch: eat what you've prepared combined with the Tuscan red wine of the owner. There will be also a greedy surprise, made by Cantucci biscuits and Vin Santo, the famous sweet dessert wine.
