B&B Patrizia
The B&B Patrizia in Montecarlo (Lucca) is a splendid Old Palace, inside the mediaval Tuscany village of Montecarlo near Lucca. Recently transformed into a Historic Palace, it offers accommodation in 4 luxory bedrooms and 2 beautiful suites. Each room has ensuite private facilities, direct-dial telephone,TV, minibar, air conditioning, heating and charming pieces of antiques furniture. Villa S.Martino
The Villa San Martino welcomes you to a splendid blend of 16th century charm and 21th century comfort. The manor house, built at the wish of Count Lorenzo Sardi in 1735, is based on the foundations of a rustic structure from the 1500's. The Villa is surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. To the south the Villa enjoys a wide view of the Serchio river valley, the surrounding mountains, the medieval town of Lucca within its Renaissance walls. The Villa is in the middle of the beautiful wine area of Colline Lucchesi. Here you can taste the biological wine of the owner. 
Florence is less than 1 hour away and the seaside 30 minutes. Pisa International Airport, only 30 minutes away, affords easy access.
The Villa is designed for those who feel the need for contact with nature. To them we dedicate also our small herd of cows and donkeys...
The two appartments, situated in the renovated farmhouses next to the villa, are fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable: kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, including a barbecue for outside activities. Farmhouse Villa Siena

This is a huge estate in the Chianti area, just a breath away from the city of Siena. Arriving to the estate Fattoria di Corsignano, on the gravel road through the cypress, olive orchard and rows of delicate roses, you are fascinated by the sea of vine up on the sweet hills and the fantastic view of the famous city of Siena. In this pleasant setting, the four country homesteads have been converted to 10 charming apartments restored preserving the pure Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wood beamed ceilings and stonewalls. Each apartment is 'a home sweet home' with all modern comforts, separate outside entrance, parking and a terrace, a garden or a porch.All the apartments could be rented independent or with breakfast service.
Service and equipment:The large, tempting swimming-pool, the mountain bikes, the laundry service  and  the barbecues are at disposal of our clients.
A pleasant tasting of our wines and our olive oil with a visit to the wine cellar and our explanation is offered to all our guests. On request we organise spa treatments.

Villa Flore
This is an marvellous seventeenth-century Villa located among the soft lines of Tuscan hills just 25 minutes from Florence. The architectural style of the Villa respects the Italian "Seicento". The bedrooms are furnished in typical Tuscan style where particular attention has been given to comfort and colour. Families, couples, managers and friends can find at Villa de' Fiori an ideal place for relax and holidays. Each room has shower and satellite TV.

B&B Gioia
The Gioia is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the small medieval village of Montecarlo in Tuscany, Italy. It lies on the top of a hill dominating a breathtaking landscape, halfway between Florence, Pisa and Lucca. La Gioiosa has large rooms with en-suite bathrooms/shower/wc and a balcony overlooking the surrounding woodlands and olive groves. A kitchen is at disposal of guests as well as a spacious and comfortable lounge for reading and watching TV. Breakfast is normally served on the lower terrace or in the garden. Medici's Farmhouse Ginestra
Farmhouse "Ginestre" is situated in Carmignano, just 15 km. from Florence and in a very short distance from Florence, Prato and Pistoia. It is an old Grand Duchy villa and it was part of the Medici's family property in the past. There are 2 apartments with 4 and 6 beds, furnished in a traditional Tuscan style and 7 typical double bedrooms. The farm produces one of the best DOC red wines of Carmignano, a very good Vin Santo (Holy wine) and a delicious olive oil.
