Farmhouse Stelle, San Gimignano

Allow yourself to be won over by enchanting atmosphere of  the Farmhouse Stelle. All are welcome in this house. The farmhouse is just 10 minutes walking distance from the medieval town of San Gimignano and has an enchanting view over the fair towers. The owners produce one of the best extra virgin olive oil and Chianti wine.

The Orione Apartment:

 The Perseo Apartment:
For 2 persons, with disabled access, double bedroom; bathroom with shower; living / dining room with kitchen; outdoor pergola

The Virgo Apartment:
For 2 persons, with double bedroom; bathroom with shower; living/dining room with kitchen; outdoor pergola.

Cancellation

Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival: the full amount of the advance payment will be charged. Cancellation made 14 days or less before the arrival date: 80% of the total booking rate will be charged

Pets

Pets are allowed.

- Children 0-6 years old: free of charge
- Children 7-12 years old: 50% reduction
- Adults: from 13 years onwards

Additional charges:

Extra bed in rooms € 30.00 per day, breakfast included.

Bed for children up to 3 years of age € 6.00 per day, € 30.00 per week.

Extra cleaning € 15.00 per hour.

Extra linen change: bathroom (3 towels) € 6.00 - pool towel € 4.00.

Air conditioning included in room rates,
€ 10.00 per day. In the apartments Virgo and Perseo;
 The apartments Cassiopea - Andromeda and Orione have no air conditioning.

LPG consumption (heating): meter reading upon arrival / departure.

Deposit: A € 200.00 deposit per apartment is required, to be paid upon arrival.

Breakfast: € 10,00

Payment: We accept cash, credit cards (visa, master card), debit cards, or wire transfers credited before the end of your stay.
A 50% advance payment via bank transfer is required on booking.
The balance is payable upon arrival.
