Holiday Home Pistoia has 5 double rooms all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and TV. All rooms are non-smoking.
Breakfast is served with charming dishes based on cakes, Fiorenza’s home-made bread, biological jam from the Estate, home-made yoghurt, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice (served from 8:30am to 10:00am).

From the old gate to the house, a long, expressive avenue of Cypress trees.
Around the house Tilias, Oaks and ancient Lebanese Cedars in an immense and splendid garden. The house is a typical Tuscan manor from 1850, of simple workmanship and many enjoyable details.
You will be welcomed  with a cup of hot coffee or a refreshing cold drink while Julie (the golden retriever) will conquest you with her sweet eyes, looking forward to a beautiful walk with you in the fabulous woods of the Estate.
The breathe taking view is unforgettable. The comfort of the surroundings, inspiring.
The very friendly owners are delighted to offer guests the use of their well stocked library and music collection. A wide selection of books on contemporary art, ancient art, gardening, interior design, design, African art with many original pieces distributed in various rooms.
As for music, we have lots of material: Fusion, Jazz, Classical, New Age, Ambient music, etc.

At your disposition there is a beautiful big swimming pool positioned in a dominant area with fantastic views of the surrounding hills and woods of the Estate. A vast wooden solarium and a hospitable gazebo for your siestas.
Only five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, air-conditioning, heating, TV.
The guests only, have the possibility to dine some time during the week, (except Sunday) making a reservation in the morning during breakfast.
We will cook for you, with our own biological extra-virgin olive oil, traditional Tuscan dishes and more, drawing on our Estate’s generous organic vegetable garden.
