Villa San Martino
Villa San Martino is surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards and olive groves and has a magnificent view over the town of Lucca in Tuscany. It is situated in the wine area of Lucca hills wine. The owner is one of the few people who produce biological wine here.
Florence is one hour distance and the seaside Viareggio is just 30 min. Pisa Airport -30 min.away.
There are 2 apartments for 8 and 4 people, situated in the renovated farmhouses next to the villa. They have indipendent entrances for privacy.
The apartment for 8 people is on the first floor (300 sq.m.) has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with fireplace, large dining room, large reading room.
The smaller apartment for 4 people is on the ground floor (120 sq.m.) and has: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen-dining room with fireplace.
Inside the historical villa there are 2 independent bedrooms you can rent freely.
The Villa has a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (15 m x 6 m) open from May to September.
From Villa S.Martino you can join our daily tours in Tuscany. It has good position for departure to Carrara marble caves too.
